These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by AnchorGrowthHQ. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

AnchorGrowthHQ provides digital services including website design, website optimization, local SEO setup, Google Business optimization, and related online growth services. The specific scope of work is defined in written proposals, invoices, or service descriptions.

2. Payments & Billing

All fees are listed in USD.

  • 50% upfront before work begins, 50% upon project completion

  • Monthly services are billed in advance

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party processors

  • Services may be paused if payment is not received

Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and required assets (such as logos, text, images, and account access, etc.) needed to complete the project. Delays in providing materials or approvals may delay delivery timelines.

4. Liability Limit

While best practices are used, AnchorGrowthHQ does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or revenue results. AnchorGrowthHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the most recent billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients own the final delivered website and content created specifically for them

  • We reserve the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal systems remain our property.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope require purchase of our monthly recurring package.

4. Refund / Cancellation Policy
